      ya, judicial inc is a fascinating website. they predicted that ray nagin would be reelected way before the primary even. the thought of ray nagin winning was ridiculous to us. in fact, we had predicted that neither nagin or landrieu would make it to the run off lol @ us. sadly, our candidate (peggy wilson) didnt even receive 1,000 votes.
