12:25 pm cdt - nick mikulas: 'the heaviest of the heavy' of humberto is now entering central louisiana....right now winds at kalb are gusting around 20 mph...wind gusts of up to 50 mph wont be unusual...humberto is on an east-northeasterly track...three inches of rain and around three more hours of heavy rainfall forecast...humberto will pass over the "heart" of central louisiana/alexandria...
