a Saint Martin Parish Deputy is on administrative leave after allegedly discharging his gun at the Saint Martin parish courthouse.

The Saint Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says the incident happened in the foyer of the courthouse and no one besides the deputy was around and nearby when it happened.
