AT 500 PM EDT...2100 UTC...THE CENTER OF THE REMNANTS OF TROPICALSTORM COLIN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 53.8 WEST. THE REMNANTS ARE MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 35 MPH...56 KM/HR...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE WITH A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE REMNANTS OF COLIN ARE EXPECTED TO PASS TO THE NORTHEAST AND NORTH OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. SLOW WEAKENING IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
