rod noles: an alexandria, la. city council person utilities turned off for nonpayment

supposedly it happened last friday, 28 january 2011 -- but mr. noles will not say which council person it is because "it's just bad manners." to do so he says. how lame of mr. noles is that? pretty lame; but it helps to underscore how in central louisiana this is what we have that passes as a "radio personality" and an "expert."

as it turns out, earlier this evening we happened to notice a billboard advertising another talk radio station. this is the first that we've heard of it and we're not getting our hopes up in anticipation that they will be worth a damn or even that they have a local talk radio show -- but ksyl could definitely use some competition.
