today is a terrible day weather wise across central louisiana. flash floods, high winds is the order of the day today. the television and the internet cable service has been off and on this morning and our telephone line has a loud hummm in it which bores into our brain giving us a headache. heres a screen grab from kalb's sky warn5 doppler radar:

    ha thanks, it seems like the weatherman said last night that some places received 100-120 year rain event. alexandria received over 6 inches. it is dry though because the backwater didnt rise as high as we thought it would.
