vote the record has forged ahead with what looks to be a very interesting concept in what we hope more louisiana bloggers experiment in -- videoblogging.

with a recent vblog post about the bossier parish clerk's office, vote the record's 'youtube series of vote the record dot com' produced by evodna springer, shows what a little creativity and know-how can accomplish in presenting the information ms. springer witnessed and uncovered and delivering it to her audience...or something like that.
