RESERVOIR Capital outlay UPDATE

Reservoir Capital outlay for 2006 in House Bill No. 2 has changed.

Poverty Point shall receive $500,000 cash from the General Fund.
Morehouse Parish Reservoir has been addded to the list. (they need to pay Mike)

Mike Thompson is the Consultant for every Reservoir on list receiving money.
