tonight this guy, a political unknown, was appointed by the alexandria, la., city council to finish the term of district 3 councilman jonathan goins who recently and mysteriously resigned.

we're not sure but he looks like he could be fun. of coz if he's a booze & party hound that'll make him much easier for the mayor to control.
