new orleans turns into shooting gallery

judicial inc is one of those sites that has always maintained that hurricane katrina provided the cover for powerful interests to blow the levees on purpose to "run the blacks" out so that these powerful interests could buy up the city for pennies on the dollar thus turning it into the las vegas of the south with old world charm. this latest series of violence and shootings plays into judical inc's theory that this is all being done on purpose to further terrify the residents of new orleans and to frighten off any that are still trying to return. whether judicial inc is right or wrong we dont know but we do know that something is not right with new orleans.
