state treasurer kennedy 'in shock' by budget

this morning moon griffon interviewed louisiana's treasurer, john kennedy.

according to kennedy, last spring the state was broke and since then we have had "two storms of epic proportions" and now we are "rolling in money?" kennedy doesnt understand it and predicts "deficits like this state has never seen."

kennedy says that "we need to start preparing, we need to start scaling back the budget...we need to start being conservative..."
