city of alexandria c.u.r.e. meeting

public access channel 4 is currently rebroadcasting the city of alexandria c.u.r.e. meeting. the date it was held is unknown because the city will not print the date on the screen. why, whoever is running channel 4 cant see and understand the need to screen caption meetings, including the city council committee meetings with the date is a mystery. the lack of dates thereon shows a disconnect of and a failure by city management to exercise common sense..
