this is a clip from today's alexandria, la. city council, economic development committee meeting, in which city councilman charles frederick smith references and takes issue with an email "letter from mr. craig" which was copy and pasted on friday 13 july 2007 at 7:57 am by an anonymous commenter here on a local "blog" called cenla antics.
