the louis marshall felony conviction part 2

thanks to a blog reader, central la politics blog, has the town talks 21, 22, 23 and 24 may 2003 series regarding alexandria, louisiana city councilman louis marshall and efforts to unseat him due to his federal felony conviction. notice how our do-nothing, incompetent and corrupt rapides parish district attorney james "jam" downs, as usual passes the buck. if you live in alexandria you should hold district attorney downs partially responsible for whats going on with your city council.
