blog problem: page partially loading and then disappears

UPDATE: problem seems to be fixed - apparently its something to do with the ratings stars in haloscan causing the firefox browser to crash or hang up. so if you happen by here because you're looking for info about this problem then log into your haloscan account and disable the rating stars.

UPDATE: the problem seems to be with the firefox browser only.

some blogs, including this one, appear to be partially loading and then disappearing. the problem is with blogger and hopefully clears up soon. thanks for your patience.
