Summary: ETHICS: Provides that any complaint filed anonymously with the Board of Ethics shall not be investigated or addressed by the board. (8/15/08)

(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Subsection, the board
shall neither accept, consider, nor investigate any complaint that does not
contain information identifying the complainant, including the complainant's
name and contact information.
