30 april 2008: piyush "bobby" jindal releases a letter outlining his "criteria for NGO funding required to gain my support..." however, what piyush says and what piyush does are two totally separate and distinct things.

non-governmental organizations, formerly called slush funds or earmarks are nothing more than a scam for louisiana legislators to launder tax-payer money back to their local pals who have set up non-profit corporations to receive the funds.

meanwhile, the local main stream media, represented by gannett and media general totally covers-up and suppresses news of the ngo funding requests submitted by our cenla legislators.
