photoshopped michelle obama pic in the news again

rense linked to a 03 january 2010 report from the telegraph.co.uk "michelle obama 'racist' monkey picture reappears online," but does the picture or the fact that it was actually created really surprise or shock anyone? given that some black people and their features have long been associated with monkeys and this is all they could come up with? how predictable. it shows a certain talentlessness on the part of its creator.
