in an editorial today (see link) entitled 'our view: collaboration girds growth in pineville' which should have been more aptly captioned 'our view: secret collaboration girds growth in pineville' the town talk editors make a good case for drug screening generally and upper management drug testing specifically. oh and in the town talk's case be sure and throw in an i.q. test and a psyche evaluation.
once again the gannett owned town talk shows that (1) it is nothing more than a governmental public relations and propaganda arm. (2) isnt interested and/or doesnt know how in reporting legitimate news and (3) the editors dont even read their own "news" paper.
