more proof that louisiana's law enforcement is a total joke and an ass. instead of investigating something worthwhile, like oh say, political and governmental corruption, the amite, tangipahoa parish, louisiana police department shows the world its total incompetence and disregard for the first amendment of the constitution, by ticket harrassing one mr. johnny duncan.
according to wafb: "johnny duncan is a veteran of the civil rights movement in the south, particularly in the florida parishes in the seventies. he has written about that in a self published book of life experiences, poems, essays and historical surveys that offer credible insight into the black experience including the birth of the 'n' word."
mr. duncan has written a book titled "you might be a nigger!" (notice how the poltroon's at wafb trying to be politically correct, commit journalistic fraud by blotting out most of the word that is the reason for the story to begin with!) so in order to help advertise his work, put a sign on his car. someone called in to the amite police department complaining that they were offended by the word nigger on the sign. 
so the amite police department always eager to please every nut case who calls in some silly complaint, pulls over mr. duncan and gives him "a ticket for displaying an obscenity on his car." amite police chief jerry trabona, this clown actually says that "we'll let the judge decide whether this will be prosecuted or not. it'll go to court. what we see, we think it needs to go to court and then we'll let the judge decide"
