tropical depression three

td three, could be similar to last season's td nine (hurricane humberto) which formed off the coast of texas and blew through central louisiana in a matter of hours. james franklin at the national hurricane center in miama, florida said about humberto "...no tropical cyclone in the historical record has ever reached this intensity at a faster rate near landfall."
