doofy rino hollis downs is a clown
on thursday, 28 april 2009, the house committee on ways and means met to consider two bills. the first bill that they considered was state representative hollis downs' HB 456, a bill that would require that the tax on gasoline, diesel fuels, and special fuels to be adjusted annually in accordance with the bureau of labor statistics consumer price index.
incredibly, it seems that everyone has already forgotten last years SB 672 the massive legislative pay raise fraud bill, which, likewise, tied the "legislators" pay raise to the consumer price index. see house floor amendments: amendments proposed by representative tucker to reengrossed senate bill no. 672 by senator duplessis.
this meant that the legislators would likely receive an automatic yearly pay raise of an unknown amount without any further debate or public input. out of sight, out of mind.
furthermore, since the cpi represents all goods and services purchased for consumption by the reference population like food and beverages, housing, apparel, transportation, medical care, recreation, education and communication and other goods and services for example tobacco and smoking products, haircuts and other personal services and funeral expenses.
also included within these major groups are various government-charged user fees, such as water and sewerage charges, auto registration fees, and vehicle tolls. in addition, the cpi includes taxes (such as sales and excise taxes) that are directly associated with the prices of specific goods and services. see cpi faq what goods and services does the cpi cover?
do you understand what a mistake it is in allowing the legislature to tie taxes, etc to the consumer price index? because the legislature either outright or working in concert with their criminal friends in city and parish government and congress can manipulate the consumer price index!
think of karen carter peterson's HB 75 dollar a pack cigarette tax.you might be a nonsmoker thinking that the tax wouldnt affect you but it does. every tax and fee affects everyone else.
any sane, rational person should be able to understand that if the legislators were willing to tie something as important to them as a pay raise to the consumer price index, then its not a good idea to tie a tax on all the people to the same thing.
in case you're wondering, yes, hollis downs voted for SB 672. see SB 672 house final passage vote of 13 june 2008.
anyway, we watched the committee meeting on the live stream and saw hollis downs make his ignorant statement criticizing the governor (you cant believe one word that comes out of the governor or his staff's mouth but in this instance he appears to oppose HB 456 and rightfully so) where he called on the governor and his team "to be leaders, and not just philosophers."
how dare this asshole, hollis downs, who claims to be a member of that party which stands for lower taxes, etc., etc., (you know the drill) and who brings this sham of a bill before the legislature criticize the governor for opposing it.
whats more, where is the republican party leadership at? where is roger "daffodil" villere with his scathing press releases at? why isnt he taking to task hollis downs for his very unrepublican bill?
and not only hollis downs there is also rino eddie lambert's HB 254 and rino's kevin pearson a jim tucker's HB 687. this is just two out of many bills that come to mind that an honest, respectful, authentic gop party boss (which roger villere is not) would be raising hell over.
villere instead of doing his job is off harrassing rep. karen carter peterson with a massive public records request. [click here for one page .pdf 18 kb]
roger villere is the sorriest excuse for a gop party boss ever. what he needs to be doing is getting a grip on his own party and calling out all the rino's that so infest it. but years have went by and he does nothing.
are louisiana republicans ever going to get a clue and realize that roger villere is working a plan to destroy the louisiana republican party? will they ever run his ass off and not only villere -- but the rest of the criminals who are killing the la gop? it sure doesnt look like it from here.
if you're a republican, grow a backbone. have some integrity for a change. speak out against these rino legislators and demand the removal of all these incompetent, corrupt criminals from the leadership. or turn out the light on your way out -- cos the republican party is going down -- the sooner the better -- simple as that.
HB 456 was voluntarily deferred that means that it can come back up again. so you better get on the phone and call your representative and tell him or her to vote no to HB 456 as well as HB 254 and HB 687.
dont bother emailing them because many of them just delete their emails unread.

more evidence that dopey rino chris hazel is a police state puppet
the gannett/town talk is reporting today that the fraternal order of police has named rep. chris hazel as their 'legislator of the year.'
this is very fitting because according to a press release obtained by the town talk, fop legislative committee chairman james gallagher said "representative hazel was the obvious choice for this award because of his dedication to passing essential legislation that protects the rights of law enforcement officers in the state of louisiana." this must be due to representative hazel's hb1129 now act 654 in which rep. hazel threw up a stumbling block to make it harder to investigate crooked cops.
rep. hazel might be the fraternal order of police 'legislator of the year,' but hes certainly no legislator of the year or friend to rank and file louisiana citizens.

la gop chairman roger villere is a hypocrite and a fraud
as everyone knows, yesterday the u.s. house of representatives voted 240 - 179 to "disapprove" of congressman joe wilson's "you lie" outburst at president obama during the president's 09 september 2009 address on health care to the joint session of congress.
not long after the vote, louisiana gop chairman roger villere issued a statement which was picked up and heavily promoted by the dead pelican. ~ link or screen grab, in which villere takes congressman charlie melancon (d) to task for voting for the rebuke.
congressman melancon is also an announced candidate in next years senatorial election against david vitter.
however, a closer look at house roll call vote #699 reveals that congressman melancon was not the only representative from louisiana who voted for the rebuke. the other vote was by flaky nola rino anh cao -- yet there is no word or mention of this by villere.
this failure on villere's part to rebuke louisiana rino's for their behavior is part and parcel of villere's incompetent (read criminal) management of the louisiana republican party.
when are louisiana republicans ever going to get a clue and clean up and run off the criminals like villere who himself is a rino who are running their party into the ground? why cant they see that villere and company are working a plan to destroy the la gop?
why wont louisiana republicans demand honest, respectable leaders as well as political candidates and elected officials?

the wiggins wiggle versus the dopey rino shuffle
needless to say that on 22 october 2011, we wont be voting for dopey rino chris hazel in louisiana house district 27.
lord knows, the reasons to vote this chump out are legion but we've pointed out a few.
such as in 2008 when hazel put louisiana school children at risk of injury when he sponsored a bill HB1153 not at the behest of any parent, principal, teacher, school superintendent or parent-teacher school group but for a special interest group making illegal a simple tool that many school children in america already use to make their back packs and carry bags more secure and useful to use, as a shield to ward off bullets and knife attacks.
in 2008 SB87 the rino hazel voted no to the elimination state income taxes while the liberals chris roy jr and herbert dixon voted yes!
again in 2008 hazel, ever the rino, joined with corrupt, criminal lake charles democratic state senator willie landry mount and the corrupt, criminal monroe rino kay "bucket of bolts" katz when neither one of them is the least little bit about good health and welfare, in their draconian SB312 to mandate the application of medication into the states water supply against our will and without our informed consent all at the behest of chemical manufacturers and big pharma.
chris hazel is a total special interest & lobbyist puppet. his tee vee commercials are a total lie. he should be ashamed.
dont take out word for it. spend an hour over on legis.state.la.us down beneath where it says "bill search" there is a drop down box it says "view a list of instruments by legislator" click hazel (or any of their names) and you will see a list of bills that he filed for that year.
use the "selection a session" at the top to go from session to session. the default is the most recent session.
anyway, late yesterday afternoon we received this chris hazel flyer in the mail. we didnt think much about it at first other than that from looking at it closely that it appeared that hazel must have his buddy the alexandria la shyster greg aymond in the back running photoshop.
then last night we received a few googlers from around locally who were looking for more information from the flyer. particularly at "town talk, apr.24,1999."
its supposedly a cite to one of the flyer's "facts":Fact: Sued for hiding public documents from a constituent.2
unfortunately, there are only two people running in this race so if we vote it will have to be for randy wiggins. further hampering our motivation to vote is that mr. wiggins is endorsed by that horrid cenla gopac crowd -- the same gang who endorsed hazel four years ago. bleh
this suit is problematic for mr. wiggins in that he didnt want to give up public records including his correspondence with other elected and high government officials such as then alexandria mayor ned randolph, then alexandria chief of the apd, thomas cicardo and the then city of alexandria, la. attorney, charles nunnally.
the plaintiff is rick farrar, represented by greg jones.
the then dist # 27 state representative randy wiggins is represented by house clerk butch speer and house attorney mary f. quaid.
we believe that it is a waste of taxpayer resources to put the state house clerk and another full-time employee, to work, looking for ways to keep a louisiana legislator from producing public records.
but this was a political suit and as we mentioned in our previous post they dont tend to go very far.
likewise, the rapides parish clerk of court's website contains no record of there ever being a judgment handed down.
the clerk of court shows that the last court action in this case was on 28 june 1999 when judge harry randow took it under advisement.
the final file entry is from 02 march 2007 when the rapides parish clerk of court refunded greg jones $148.34.

rick farrar's petition for declaratory judgment, writ of mandamus and/or injunctive relief
randy wiggin's answer and dilatory and peremptory exceptions
randy wiggin's motion for continuance
randy wiggin's memorandum in support of exceptions
rick farrar's first supplemental and amending petition
rick farrar's memorandum in opposition to exceptions
rick farrar's supplemental memorandum in opposition to exceptions.

"campaign eddie" with the lowdown on la house district 27 race: randy the wiggler wiggins versus dopey rino chris hazel
this is actually the second robo call that we've received from "campaign eddie." the first one we missed because we didnt have our digital audio recorder hooked up.
"campaign eddie" says that chris hazel's wife was appointed to a powerful state board and that her employer received $15,000,000 in state of louisiana contracts - many of them no-bid awards.
you can tell that this robo call isnt exactly honest and forthright because its not interested in exposing hazel's treasonous, traitorous activities and that he is a rino -- instead choosing to mention some unnamed law in the second part.
"campaign eddie" refers to some law that hazel passed that "limited seniors rights," (what about all of us who's rights hazel has trampled numnuts) that subversive rino and weasel piyush "bobby" jindal had to veto....in spite of all the laws he has signed to take away our rights...
all things considered, we are finding this "campaign eddie" series of robo calls to be better than the usual generic ones we receive and has the potential to be highly effective.

hb1312 former insurance commissioner jim brown blasts higher legislatively mandated auto insurance rates
in his latest column, former louisiana state insurance commissioner jim brown blasts baton rouge rino erich ponti's house bill no.1312 which increases the minimum limits for compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance and in turn the premium burden borne by some 1 million+ of louisiana's poorest drivers. In the area of car insurance, the news is just as bad. For years, Louisiana has always hovered in the list of the top 10 or 15 states in the country when it comes to the basic cost of auto insurance. But it hovers no more. The Bayou state is at the top of the heap. Numero Uno. Number one in the country. For the first six months of 2008, the average car owner in states throughout the country paid an average of $1893 per year to ensure their vehicle. Louisiana led the nation as being the most expensive state to drive a car, with an average premium of $2600.
hb1312 was championed by central louisiana's ultral-liberal democrat chris roy, jr. who voted in committee for the bills favorable passage as well as for it on the house floor. rep. roy had also filed his own bill, hb1291 to increase minimum motor vehicle liability insurance limits.
So what did the Louisiana legislature do about this growing problem? They more than doubled the mandatory required amount to drive on Louisiana highways, which will raise the rates of the average car owner by anywhere from 20 to 30%. Governor Bobby Jindal would not touch this proposal with a 10 foot pole, and let the huge auto insurance increase become law without his signature.
A number of states are aggressively addressing auto insurance costs with some creative approaches. Our neighbors in Texas have joined a number of other states in allowing insurance to be sold based on the amount one drives. The car owner receives a monthly bill just like they do for the use of utilities. The more you drive the more you pay. Some states have seen the average insurance rate drop by as much a 30% when mileage is a factor in what insurance costs. Driving less means savings in both what a driver pays for insurance as well as gasoline. There are a number of other ideas being considered by states across the country. Unfortunately, all Louisiana did was to significantly raise the price the average driver has to pay to be on the highways.~ read more
rino ponti's hb1312 was even opposed by the louisiana association of fire and casualty companies but the louisiana legislature shoved it down our throats anyway. apparently, the legislators and their trial lawyer friends - who have the most to gain from this bill, have learned that most of the people affected by the premium increase don't bother to vote or follow politics.
in the 2007 louisiana regular legislative session, then governor kathleen blanco to her great credit, vetoed a similar bill to increase minimum motor vehicle liability insurance limits, sb223 by lafayette rino mike michot.
rep. ponti you might recall voted in committee for sb672 the massive legislative pay raise fraud bill because he claimed that he wanted it to go to the house floor for debate. however, no one including rep. ponti spoke against it on the house floor. rep. ponti and rep. roy voted against sb672 in the house final passage vote and somewhat hypocritically neither one turned down the pay raise. sb672 was ultimately vetoed by governor piyush "bobby" jindal who as mr. brown pointed out, allowed hb1312 to become law without his signature.

hb1291 liberal dem chris roy jr is raising your insurance premiums
apparently, dissatisfied at voting in committee to increase the premiums paid by louisiana's poorest and most vulnerable "motor vehicle" insurance premium holders, via baton rouge rino erich ponti's hb1312, the new orleans times-picayune alerts us (see link) that liberal alexandria democrat chris roy, jr. has filed his own bill -- hb1291 to accomplish much of the same.
rep. roy's seven page boondoggle also increases the amount that those who prefer to deposit cash with the state treasurer instead of purchasing an insurance policy to $75,000 from $30,000.
louisiana's insurance commissioner, another rino republican, jim donelon, who as state insurance commissioner is most likely awaiting his own trip to the federal pen like so many previous insurance commissioners, is all for this scheme which with gasoline prices approaching $4.00 a gallon (we paid $3.69 a gallon for 87 octane just today) and with no end in sight, as well as the resultant soaring food prices, these insurance premium increase schemes presented by rino erich ponti and liberal democrat chris roy, jr., will harm louisiana's poorest and hardest working citizens. like the people that wait the tables, work the cash registers, scrub the floors, press the clothes and mow the yards. in other words the people who keep this state going.
democrat, republican it doesnt matter, louisiana legislators are clueless when it comes to solving the problems faced by louisiana's working people. instead of coming out and being honest and telling the people that they cant raise automobile insurance premiums right now and remind the people to slow down and be aware of whats going on around them - their idea for solving everything is always to take more money from you to give to their criminal friends. oh and they get to play nanny state too. they dont even stop to think that with the spiraling gas (and everything else) prices that less and less people will be out on the road, needlessly, anyway.
according to a hard to obtain document acquired by wst... listing this years tulane legislative scholarship awardees, it reveals that rep. roy's tulane awardee is to the daughter of a campaign contributor of his and roy family insider - sam sansing.

obtuse trial lawyer; democrat chris roy jr votes to increase louisianaians insurance premiums and imperils safety by ensuring more uninsured drivers
this year we have to contend with baton rouge rino erich ponti and his hb1312.
notice how the guy from the louisiana association of fire and causality companies was against this bill yet this bunch of jerk-offs on the house insurance committee go ahead and voted for it anyway. unfreakingbelieveable!
times-picayune excerpt:House Bill 1312 by Rep. Erich Ponti, R-Baton Rouge, would raise the existing limits of $10,000 for property damage to vehicles and the death or injury of one person in an accident to $25,000; the $20,000 limit for multiple deaths or injuries of more than one person in an accident would increase to $50,000. Ponti, conceding the new limits could increase premiums by $200 to $400 a year, said the law has not been changed since 1984 when the existing limits were set. He said a new car cost $10,600 in the mid-1980s and today the average auto costs almost $21,600.
"This will increase the cost of insurance for a select part of the driving public," Ponti said.
"I have to go home and tell my constituents I voted for an insurance rate increase" if the bill passes, said Rep. Tom McVea, R-St. Francisville, a member of the panel who voted against it.
J.E. Brignac, who represents the Louisiana Association of Fire and Casualty Companies, said the minimal coverage increase will hit about 1.5 million Louisiana drivers. Some minimally-inured drivers, he said, are now paying $2,000 a year for coverage and will be paying about $2,800 if the bill passes.
"It is not the right time to do this," Brignac said. "We have a disproportionate amount of people now who struggle and live from paycheck to paycheck."
But Rep. Chris Roy Jr., D-Alexandria, said that in an accident with an injury, some emergency room tests costs $6,000 to $8,000 alone now.
Joining Roy in voting for the bill were Reps. Page Cortez, R-Lafayette; Albert "AB" Franklin, D-Lake Charles; Juan LaFonta, D-New Orleans; Kevin Pearson, R-Slidell; and Kirk Talbot, R-River Ridge. Besides McVea, the only other vote against the bill came from Rep. Andy Anders, D-Ferriday. Rep. Chuck Kleckley, R-Lake Charles, the panel's chairman, did not vote. ~ read more

August 08, 1:28 PM CDT
Campaign has nearly $280,000 cash-on-hand
Baton Rouge - Small business owner and State Representative, Erich Ponti (R), will seek the District 2 seat on the Public Service Commission this November. Current Commissioner, Jimmy Field, has announced that he will not seek another term. Ponti, a general contractor with nearly twenty years experience of building a construction business and creating jobs, sees the Public Service Commission as a place where his conservative principles can serve ratepayers and help strengthen our economy.
"Louisiana is the hub of energy production in the U.S. As your Commissioner, I will make sure that the utilities are capitalizing on our state's resources to the benefit of Louisiana consumers and businesses," Ponti said.
In 2007, Ponti entered a crowded field of candidates for a seat in the State House representing a district in southeastern Baton Rouge. With shoe leather and a commitment to represent his constituents with honesty, integrity and accessibility, Erich won the seat. As one of two freshmen to be named to a committee leadership position in his first term, he worked to reduce taxes, balance the state budget and pass ethics reform legislation. Four years later, Representative Ponti was unopposed for re-election and would be tapped to lead the House Commerce Committee.
"I entered public service to help build a better Louisiana, one where our tax dollars are not wasted but invested in our families, our economy and long-term prosperity. We have turned the corner, but work remains to be done. One of my top priorities on the Public Service Commission will be to require utilities to bring the transmission grid into the 21st century. This step will lower the cost of power to users, ensure long-term reliability and expedite the restoration of power after damaging storms and hurricanes."
Ponti will file his latest campaign finance report showing approximately $280,000 cash on hand. Ponti has raised close to $170,000 of that total since entering the race for Public Service Commission in early June. The report includes contributors from all corners of the district and demonstrates the wide base of support necessary for victory. "From Baton Rouge, down the bayou to Houma and Thibodaux and over to Lafayette, our campaign is gaining momentum, and I've been humbled by the donations and encouraging words of those I've met," Ponti said.
Ponti is a graduate of Catholic High School in Baton Rouge. He earned a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM). After returning to Baton Rouge, Erich started Accent Construction Services, Inc., a successful general contracting and development firm. It was through his profession that he first became involved in the political process. As a member of the Louisiana Homebuilders' Association, Ponti served in numerous leadership positions including President in 2007.
Erich is a proud father and grandfather. When he is not at a construction site, he enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren, fishing or attending their little league games.

monroe rino kay "bucket of bolts" katz introduces a perfumed prince to sing
at the opening of the loony looziana legislature day 27, monroe rino kay "bucket of bolts" katz who is one of the biggest rino, liar and scam artists in the loony looziana legislature - we cant even begin to count the number of times that we've watched this woman attempt to use any and all kinds of shady procedural moves, get on the house floor and tell any lie to advance whatever legislation for whichever lobbyist or special interest group that shes whored herself out to.
now rep. katz has the unmitigated gall to introduce a perfumed prince from -- get this f troop (in louisiana, you cant make this stuff up) to sing the lords prayer -- a state trooper, a symbol of the power of the state -- to sing the lords prayer to an assembly of about the most willfully wicked, vile, corrupt group of people in the entire state.
everyday the legislature has an opening prayer usually ending "in jesus name" and today the lords prayer sung to them and you watch, they then proceed literally seconds or minutes later to do everything that they can contrary to everything jesus christ stands for.
they do the same thing with the pledge of allegiance in that they then proceed to do everything they can contrary to the constitution of "the republic for which it stands..."
this is why nothing that the loony looziana legislature does will ever bear good fruit because they openly and brazenly mock the most high god as well as his son.
it would be much better for the legislators as well as for all of us citizens if the legislature didnt even have any prayers or religious ceremonies.

In the last two years of this administration, Republicans in Congress should try something new, instead of being RINO's (Republicans in Name Only), how about acting like real Republicans for a change. - jeff crouere 28 november 2006EXTERNAL LINK

thanks to governor blanco for her veto of rino republican mike michot's sb223. this ridiculous bill would have increased automobile liability insurance rates and resulted in even more people driving around with out any insurance whatsoever.
louisiana's republican party is full of nothing but a bunch of fakes, frauds, liars, con-artists and scum-bags such as lafayette, louisiana's senator mike michot the bill's author.
republican's claim to stand for lower taxes and less governmental bureaucracy and regulation. perhaps rank and file republicans do stand for those things, however, the state republican party politicians and leadership under their incompetent, joke of a chairman: roger villere, certainly do not.

hb34 nutty rino kay kellog katz scam at it again
for the third year in a row state representative kay kellog katz scam rino from monroe has filed a bill to shorten voting hours. for the past two years the legislature has refused to entertain ms. katz-scam's obviously very strong desire to reduce the hours that louisianaians may vote and yet she continues to file bills.
at what point does filing the same bill over and over again become frivolous?
it would seem that if ms. katz-scam is so concerned about louisiana elections she would file a bill to do away with these fraudulent electronic voting machines which were sprung upon louisianaians with no advance notice or public input. yeah riiiight.

SB312 fluoridation of the water supply: louisiana legislature trying to make louisianans stupid and docile
UPDATE: louisiana's rino governor, piyush "bobby" jindal signed sb312 into law on sunday 06 july 2008. sb312 is now act 761
do you believe that corrupt, criminal louisiana state legislators have the right to force medication on our babies, or on us and our neighbors and what about fluorides detrimental effects on our livestock, poultry, pets, animals?

somehow we totally missed sb 312 by senator willie mount. this lake charles, dum-o-crat and the coauthors to this disastrous bill include central louisiana's own joe mcpherson.
sb312 has already passed the house and is own its way back to the state senate. please click here to find your senators' contact information and tell them to vote NAY to sb312.

LA Fluoridation Mandate Bill Back in the Senate
New York – June 14 – Passed by the Senate, amended by the House, SB 312, the fluoridation mandate bill is back in the Louisiana Senate for another go-round which, if enacted, will require health-robbing fluoride chemicals be added to most of Louisiana’s public water supplies ostensibly to reduce tooth decay.
Over 1200 messages opposing fluoridation flooded legislators’ mailboxes asking them to reject SB-312. Only 50 messages of support were received, according to an action message on the Louisiana Dental Association’s (LDA) web site. The LDA created the bill.
"Serious scientific research has revealed numerous dangers and potential dangers from the ingestion of fluoride. Those include bone cancer, increased bone fractures, lead poisoning, brain damage and dental fluorosis...If this bill is passed, encourage our fine governor to veto it," writes Peacock.
“The Louisiana Dental Association misinformed legislators about fluoride's safety,” says attorney Paul Beeber, President, New York State Coalition Opposed to Fluoridation, Inc.
For example, their online letter to legislators says, "more than six decades of research, literally thousands of studies and the experience of more than 170 million Americans tell us that fluoridation is safe, effective and economical in preventing tooth decay."
However, the most recent review of fluoride toxicology is from the prestigious National Research Council (NRC). In 2006, the NRC revealed that fluoride, even at low levels added for fluoridation, is detrimental to the thyroid, diabetics, kidney patients, high water drinkers and others.
As a result of the NRC report, both the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control now advise against mixing infant formula with fluoridated water.
Also as a result of the NRC report, the National Kidney Foundation withdrew its fluoridation endorsement to, instead, advise kidney patients (not just those on dialysis) to learn about fluoride’s adverse effects and that a malfunctioning kidney causes the body to retain bone-damaging fluoride levels. Yet, the Louisiana Dental Association erroneously lists the National Kidney Foundation as a supporter of fluoridation.
Dentist Hardy Limeback, PhD co-author of the NRC reports says, “Kidney patients have never been included in bone studies. Fluoride is harmful to them. It contributes to osteodystrophy. Reducing fluoride in the water even down to levels of water fluoridation will still not protect the entire population and it is the moral duty of the EPA to work with the CDC to find the lowest, safest level of fluoride in the drinking water.”
“Louisianan’s should contact their Senate representatives to stop the money-wasting fluoridation mandate at http://tinyurl.com/3s4fmc , says Beeber
With American Dental Association funding, the Louisiana Dental Association (LDA) hired public relations and lobbying firms to promote fluoridation, according to the Journal of the Louisiana Dental Association (Winter 2007).

Over 1,700 professionals urge Congress to stop water fluoridation and conduct hearings, citing the new scientific evidence that fluoridation is ineffective and has serious health risks. See statement: http://www.fluorideaction.org/statement.august.2007.html

"To whom it may concern: I, Oliver Kenneth Goff, was a member of the Communist Party and the Young Communist League from May 2, 1936 to October 9, 1939. During this period of time, I operated under the alias of John Keats and the number 18-B-2. My testimony before the Government is incorporated in Volume 9 of the Un-American Activities Report for the year 1939.
"While a member of the Communist Party, I attended Communist underground training schools outside the City of New York in the Bues Hall and 113 East Wells Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The East Wells Street School operated under the name of the Eugene Debs School. Here, under the tutoring of Eugene Dennis, M. Sparks, Morris Chyilds, Jack Kling and others, we were schooled in the art of revolutionary overthrow of the established Government.
"We discussed quite thoroughly the fluoridation of water supplies and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison camps. The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into the American water supply, it would bring about a spirit of lethargy in the nation; where it would keep the general public docile during a steady encroachment of Communism. We also discussed the fact that keeping a store of deadly fluoride near the water reservoir would be advantageous during the time of the revolution, as it would give us opportunity to dump this poison into the water supply and either kill off the populace or threaten them with liquidation, so that they would surrender to obtain fresh water.
"We discussed in these schools, the complete art of revolution: the seizure of the main utilities, such as light, power, gas and water, but it was felt by the leadership that if a program of fluoridating the water could be carried out in the nation, it would go a long way toward the advancement of the revolution." Oliver Kenneth Goff, 1957
Matrix III - Volume Two - Use of Sodium Fluoride for Population Behavior Control
"It is a matter of record that sodium fluoride has been used for behavior control of populations. In an "Address in reply to the Governor's Speech to Parliament," [Victorian Hanstard, August 12, 1987, Nexus, Aug/Sept 1995], Mr. Harley Rivers Dickinson, Liberal Party Member of the Victorian Parliament for South Barwon, Australia, made a statement on the historical use of fluorides for behavior control.
"Mr. Dickinson reveals that, "At the end of the Second World War, the United States Government sent Charles Elliot Perkins, a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of the vast Farven chemical plants in Germany. While there, he was told by German chemists of a scheme which had been worked out by them during the war and adopted by the German General Staff. This scheme was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water. In this scheme, sodium fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist domination by slowly poisoning and narcotising a certain area of the brain, and will thus make him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him. Both the Germans and the Russians added fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them stupid and docile."
"According to Chemical Engineering News in 1988, each year in the United States, 80,000 tons of hydrofluosilicic acid, 60,000 tons of sodium silicofluoride and 3,000 tons of sodium fluorides are put into public water supplies (Chemical Engineering News, Vol 66, August 1, 1988, pg. 39). In view of all known research, it would be safe and accurate to rephrase the previous sentence and say that each year the United States Government allows 143,000 tons of fluoride products to be added to public water supplies in order to numb, disempower, and render docile a large percentage of the population. Present estimates in 1995 run about 200,000 tons annually. Now, why on earth would any oligarchic group (a small group) want to do this to tens of millions of people, deliberately and knowingly?
"All of these fluoride chemicals are byproducts of the aluminum and chemical fertilization industries that are considered to be hazardous wastes by the EPA, says the scientific assessment of the health risks of fluorides in 1985 "omits 90% of the literature which suggests fluoride is a mutagen - causes cellular and genetic mutation." (Water Fluoridation: A Case of Truth Decay). Several scientists in the United States and other countries have done research or written reports questioning the benefits of water fluoridation or suggesting health risks, were discouraged by their employers from actually publishing their findings."
Anyone who questions the use of fluoride in the drinking water is labeled a nut case. Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay!
I have been drinking bottled water for 30 years. In 1991, I woke up and besides researching the "Federal" Reserve, the IRS, the UN and other one world government mechanisms, I also began looking at the fluoride issue. In 1993, I had all the metal fillings removed from my teeth and my daughter's. These metal fillings were replaced with gold; a very expensive undertaking. We also stopped using any products with fluoride, i.e. toothpaste, mouthwash and any application from our dentist. The difference in our dental health changed dramatically.
My mother, her brother and my grandparents (from Sicily) never used toothpaste in their lifetime, they used baking soda. Same as my father's side of the family who came over from Munich. Both sets of grandparents died with all their teeth and never had gum disease. My mom and my uncle both have their own teeth, no bridges, no root canals, no gum disease. To this day, they use baking soda. They live in areas where the water has never been fluoridated. My four brothers and sisters have all had gum disease to some degree and huge problems with their teeth. They all use products with fluoride, all have metal fillings and two of them still drink tap water. I find these differences interesting.
Some may think it's just a bunch of conspiracy fodder, but having read thousands of pages from hundreds of documents, both historical and from research, there's no doubt in my mind that fluoride is deadly and explains much about why Americans are so apathetic and lethargic about the very real dangers crushing our Republic. The American people simply have no will to resist and you can see it all across this country. Fluoride was introduced into the drinking water in this country around 1954. Think about it.
Add into the mix the millions of gallons of diet soda pop consumed by Americans every day, ingesting deadly aspartame, also contained in more than 5,000 food products being eaten everyday, along with Splenda to "sweeten" and what you have is a population loading their bodies with deadly poisons. See the video 'Sweet Misery'
While I haven't drank more than a half dozen cans of soda in my entire life, I did use toothpaste and mouthwash which contains fluoride until 1993 when I made major changes. Everyday I thank God for my good health, but I also have worked very hard at staying healthy and keeping my weight within seven pounds from the day I graduated from high school. It's not easy, but it all boils down to will power, self control and a desire not to be a burden to myself or my family in my later years.
Education is everything. Research means giving up your fun times to thoroughly explore an issue. I have taken the time to scan several documents which contain thoroughly researched documentation and data on fluoride. Dentists all across this country will tell you that fluoride is good for your teeth and gums. City fathers will continue to tell you fluoridating the drinking water is good for you. Most of them refuse to even look at all the scientific research that's available. Thousands of cities across this country fluoridate their water. Conversely, hundreds of of cities in the U.S. refuse to fluoridate their water and dozens of countries refuse to poison their citizenry by fluoridating their water supply. ~ read more
