friday 22 june 2007 was the 200th day of the jacques roy administration. on monday 25 june 2007 mayor roy gave a 'state of the city' address which was broadcast live over public access channel 4. at 9:00 am on tuesday 26 june 2007 the speech was rebroadcast on channel 4, so we recorded it and posted it to the public domain via google video.
