district 27 representative chris hazel has shown himself to be on the cutting edge of backwards louisiana political thinking. his hb1153 leaves no doubt that hazel has a lousy mind that cant think properly. indeed, chris hazel is a total fuckup.
this law should be cited as 'chris hazel makes louisiana kids sitting ducks act of 2008.'
as this video shows some body armor could help save children's lives but thanks to chris hazel and our equally stupid legislature and governor - made it illegal.
