sheriff - sheriff chuck wagner the incumbent
we've written before why we will not support former sheriff william earl hilton or any of his cronies for sheriff. it centers on his in perpetuity slave sales tax scam that this treasonous, traitorous rat together with his criminal friends on the rapides parish police jury back in 2002 sprung on the people of this parish. because of what these criminals did the city of alexandria and rapides parish now have (so far) three in perpetuity slave tax scams. people that are not even born yet will have to pay as well as collect these taxes with out ever being given the opportunity to vote on it. it's nothing but stealing. it's contrary to everything this country was founded upon as well as taxation without representation.
clerk of court - non ballot
these two candidates are career tax feeders and if you think they are going to look out for anyones interests other than the courthouse gangs' you need to have your head examined. additionally, candidate linda lin dyess stewart's repeated reaching out to the alexandria, la. shyster, grifting greg aymond for support is evidence to us that she is not an honest, respectable person. further reinforcing this belief is aymond's unethical attempt apparently on behalf of the dyess machine at smearing robin hooter as a racist using what appears to be a staged (or photoshopped) photo involving of all things the confederate flag is just too incredible for words.
police jury district "c" craig smith. again a crap shoot.
constitutional amendment no. 1 yes
the other one was a tax measure for pineville schools that we would have voted no to but it wasnt applicable to our address.

first off -- we hope that today is a once-in-a-lifetime lousiest election because it's definitely the lousiest election that we've ever seen.
the democratic party is totally neutered and those what remain of louisiana democrats today wouldnt even get behind a candidate. tara hollis was the hardest working democratic candidate yet received no support from the state party.
while we voted for the libertarian, scott lewis, we hope that ms. hollis does well too.
rapides sheriff - mark baden
all along we had toyed with the notion to vote for mr. baden as a protest vote. then we had made up our mind to vote for sheriff wagner.
as we've said from the beginning, we'd never, ever consider voting for william earl hilton because of the 2003 in perpetuity slave sales tax scam that he as sheriff, together with his ungodly brethren -- the freemasons, for the banksters, placed on the head of every rapides parish citizen even those unborn;
who will never be given the opportunity to vote for this tax yet will have to pay it and collect it. that's wrong. it's unamerican, it's treasonous, it's traitorous.
the supreme irony of which is that the chief law enforcement officer (that law being the constitution) is the first in line to wipe his ass with the constitution ... for money. that's louisiana. and of course sheriff wagner in his four years has not lifted one finger to stop it.
then we read a recent post on his personal blog, about mr. baden by pineville, la. city councilman nathan martin ... we reasoned, if you can call it that, aww what the hell.
clerk of court -- brian thompson. we feel that mr. thompson being a customer of the clerk of court would be most knowledgeable in making the office more accessible and user friendly.
despite what anyone says to the contrary, these town talk scans attest to the fact that it was mr. thompson as far back as 22 may 2011 who was originally talking about the high taxes the clerk of court charges including the exorbitant $600 per year premium subscription tax to access the clerk's website when its clearly not worth a fraction of that. all that despite the clerk has several millions of dollars in cash reserve.
the other clerk of court candidates are just tax-feeders who have nothing new and innovative to offer.

lt. governor - billy nungesser. jay dardenne is a liberal rino. mr. nungesser might be one too. however, mr. dardenne has the voting record to prove it.
ag commissioner - belinda alexandrenko. like dardenne, strain is a voting record verified rino.
rapides parish police jury dist "c" - danny joe daniels. this one is a crap shoot and hopefully there will be a runoff between somebody.
tax assessor parish of rapides -- rick ducote. not much to tell here.
insurance commissioner - donelon again not much to tell.
bese board - keith guice. we voted for him last time. we havent paid much attention to the bese board but from what we've read over the past 4 years it seems like mr. guice is a standup guy.
la house district 25 - randy wiggins.
polls are open till 8:00 PM ...
rapides parish returns.
statewide and all other parishes start here.

linda lin dyess stewart candidate for rapides parish clerk of court signs popping-up

we unexpectedly stumbled across this political sign today and we will get a better picture to replace this one with.
in the meantime, this brings the total to three announced candidates for rapides parish clerk of court:
(1) jamie lawton floyd the "in god we trust" candidate.
(2) robin l. hooter a deputy clerk of court and the court house crowds' anointed candidate.
(3) and ms. stewart -- claim to fame: daughter of b.g. dyess.

robin l hooter candidate for rapides parish clerk of court political signs appear
we hope to learn more [NOT GOSSIP] about ms. hooter in the months leading up to the . so, when we receive or locate her platform literature and push card we will post it..
our clerk of court issue is: why is the tax $600.00 [presently 422 eur] per year for access to the clerk of court files such as petitions and what are you going to do to lower that outrageous and as far as we can tell unjustified huge tax to something more reasonable for us commoners to afford like $5 - 10 dollars per year?

jamie floyd for rapides parish clerk of court signs going up
we have to give current rapides parish police juror for district "c" jamie floyd credit where credit is due. it appears that in his most recent political campaign for rapides parish clerk of court, like in his previous runs for police juror, mr. floyd works early, works often and works hard to get his political signs out.the race has been pretty quiet so far. [election in the fall]. the current clerk of court, carolyn jones ryland, is retiring and there is a deputy clerk of court/court house insider anointed to replace her. we dont know that much about her yet and just refer to her, for now as "the hooters chick."
we're hoping for more candidates running for this office.

rapides parish police jury kinda responds to public records request for legality of an "in perpetuity" tax
on saturday, 02 april 2011, stupid, pathetic rapides parishians (or maybe parishioners) allowed the police jury/courthouse gang to slip in and pass another in perpetuity tax.
a shameful (unofficial as yet) turnout of only 4.1% of some 44,000 registered and eligible voters bothered to even go to the polls. of that number only 1,255 people of mostly police jury and courthouse insiders we able to pass an in perpetuity tax on everyone else and on people not even born yet who will never have a say about this tax.
so anyway, bright and early on monday, 04 april 2011 an la. r.s. 44:1 et seq., public records request was mailed to the rapides parish police jury legal counsel, thomas o. wells, esq., seeking some sort of explanation of how an in perpetuity tax is legal.
you can read the public records request on page two and decide for yourself if what was sent -- only the minutes from the 13 december 2010 rapides parish police jury meeting -- was a full and complete answer to the request.
oh and by the way, according to thomas o. wells' secretary, heather (who sounds like a real nice lady) the la. r.s. 44:1(a)(3) public records custodian for the police jury is angie richmond.

click here to download seventy-two page .pdf [6 mb]
starting on page 53 some important information was able to be gleaned from the documents that were sent -- such as who offered the in perpetuity tax resolution and who seconded it.
that would have been district "c" police juror jamie floyd and "buck" lincecum.if those two names sound familiar it might be because they are the same two who are pushing this 10 commandments courthouse display resolution:
other important information to be found within the minutes is which police jurors voted to place an in perpetuity tax on the ballot and that would be: richard billings, scott perry, jr., joe bishop, richard gerald vanderlick, oliver "ollie" overton, jr., steve coco and the aforementioned jurors floyd and lincecum.theodore fountaine was conveniently absent.
are you starting to understand what a bunch of anti-american, hypocritical, low-life-scumbags we have ruling over us? are you getting it?
on 11 april 2011 police juror jamie floyd did phone the public records requester and it went a little something like this:

rapides parish police jury mocks almighty god with 10 commandments courthouse display
UPDATE: via twitter @wdsu
click here to download 2 page .pdf [89 kb]On Tuesday, the ACLU of Louisiana submitted a request for public records explaining the nature and purpose of the display.while it is too early to tell what legal action, if any, that the aclu will in this matter we support their entrance into the fray -- albeit for different reasons.
“The taxpayers of Rapides Parish deserve to know that their elected officials will follow the law,” said Marjorie Esman, Executive Director of the ACLU of Louisiana.
“Religion is a matter for individuals and families, not for government. The Parish attorney has advised against this plan, and the Police Jury should follow the advice of its lawyer.” ~ read more

graphic: one year bible blogresolved that the rapides parish police jury is a body of godless, hypocritical, parasites;
incredulously, a police jury committee had the unmitigated gall to vote less than forty-eight hours after the polls closed on an "in perpetuity" tax that this same police jury had placed on the ballot -- which of course stupid, pathetic rapides parishians voted on themselves and upon the heads of their posterity.
an "in perpetuity" tax means that people who are not even born yet will be forced, by law -- at the barrel of a gun, to pay (and collect) this tax without ever being given the opportunity to have a say.
the founders of this country called that "taxation without representation; god calls it stealing. so an "in perpetuity" tax is totally opposed to the very principals upon which this country was founded, as well as what it used to mean to be a citizen of this country.
district "c" police juror jamie l. floyd is quoted as stating
"I have about eight months left on this jury, and I want to be able to tell my grandkids I took a stand and got the Ten Commandments on the wall of the courthouse," said District C Juror Jamie Floyd, who sponsored the motion along with District A Juror John "Buck" Lincecum. "If that's all I get done in these four years, that's enough for me and my family."has he thought about how he is going to explain to his, as yet (as far as we know) unborn grandkids, how he supported an "in perpetuity" tax that they will pay while never having the opportunity to vote for or against?
mr. floyd should consider the parable of the two sons.
then ... less than forty-eight hours after the polls even closed on this tax -- brought a motion to display the ten commandments when this very tax besides being anti-american is a violation of, including but not limited to: commandments 8; 9;10 and 4 -- 4 because this ungodly tax will be collected on the sabbath.
obviously, mr. floyd's mission on the police jury has been to make all authentic christians who have actually read the scriptures and can comprehend what they've read, appear to be a bunch of hypocritical idiots. mission accomplished!
whether its at the city council, school board, police jury, the legislature, etc., because these elected officials turn around and do the exact opposite of what was just prayed about.
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. ~ 2nd timothy chapter two verses one through nine kjv
