mr. drocton writes some interesting posts sometimes; we've noticed that his biggest problem is that he likes to refer to the mysterious"illuminati" and "new world order" nonsense; preferring to use those generic terms in place of jew(s).

The Old Liberal Adage, "You Can't Legislate Morality" may be true, but it never stopped an Illuminati controlled judge from destroying sound moral legislation. Take for instance, last night's ruling by a Federal judge in Boston, Massachusetts:

"Judge Joseph L. Tauro ruled that the federal Defense of Marriage law violates the Constitutional right of married same-sex couples to equal protection under the law and upends the federal government’s long history of allowing states to set their own marriage laws.

"This court has determined that it is clearly within the authority of the Commonwealth to recognize same-sex marriages among its residents, and to afford those individuals in same-sex marriages any benefits, rights, and privileges to which they are entitled by virtue of their marital status," Tauro wrote. "The federal government, by enacting and enforcing DOMA, plainly encroaches upon the firmly entrenched province of the state." (Source)

What most people don't know, is that sanctimonious moralist Mitt Romney is the reason why same-sex marriages are permitted in Massachusetts in the first place. Something that he and his campaign will never admit to his conservative political following. Yet, the truth always comes out in the end (often on this website), for men like Romney. Consider the following:

* "In 1994 Campaign vs. Ted Kennedy for U.S. Senate: Romney pledged he “will provide more effective leadership” than Kennedy on homosexual rights; endorsed by Log Cabin Republicans.

* 2000-2002: As head of Salt Lake City Olympic Committee, Romney banned Boy Scouts from participating.

* 2001 Called first citizens' petition to define marriage “too extreme” and “bigoted” because it banned civil unions.

* 2002 Campaign for Governor: Romney makes promises to GLBT community, according to leading Boston homosexual newspaper; endorsed by homosexual activist Log Cabin Republicans." (Source)

In 2003, while Romney was governor, the State Supreme Court ruled that "same-sex" marriage is protected by the Mass. Constitution. Romney responded by talking out of both sides of his mouth. In one breathe, stating that he would support a Constitutional Amendment supporting traditional marriage. In the next, he said that "we must provide basic civil rights and appropriate benefits to nontraditional couples" (Wink, wink, Nod, nod).

The key here is to understand Romney semantics. He would not support gay marriage in a Church, but he would support homosexual marriages performed by a Justice of the Peace. This is evidenced by the fact that he did not support an effort to remove the four Justices that issued the gay marriage ruling.

Governor Romney also had the opportunity to over-rule the State Supreme Court through an "Executive Order". This would have sent the issue to a higher Court and eventually would have been supported by the U.S. Supreme Court. The US Supreme Court has consistently ruled in favor of traditional marriage, so, Romney would have won the battle. Either way, it would have been tied up in the courts and Romney could have used this fact to continue the ban.

He could have also forced the issue by simply refusing to enforce the ruling, thus driving the debate into the higher courts as well. At the time, Romney had multiple venues to frustrate the Massachusetts Court ruling. That's not to say that he did nothing. No, the words come easily to Romney. even if they are never backed by any meaningful action.

"Feb. 5, 2004: Romney publishes editorial in Wall Street Journal laying all blame on the SJC for problem in Massachusetts. Suggests other states strengthen marriage statutes and pass constitutional amendments. Says don’t “attack … gays, singles or non-traditional couples.”...

March 26, 2004: Word leaks out that Romney’s Dept. of Public Health (DPH) and attorneys are planning training sessions for Town Clerks and preparing same-sex marriage licenses.

March 29, 2004: Romney tells Republicans in Mass. legislature to vote for Travaglini-Lees “compromise amendment” which would ban same-sex marriage but establish civil unions (and would not go to voters before Nov. 2006). Republican legislators had earlier opposed this amendment because of the civil unions clause, and it passed only due to their changed votes."

So now we have a Federal Judge building on Mitt Romney's success. The key to understanding evil is to realize that they know they need society to do a 180 degree turn if their policies are to be adopted. They never go for the whole enchilada. They take a nibble, then deny it. Then they take a few more nibbles while you argue with them on whether its still a nibble or a bite. Finally you get one of the nibbles they took, back from them, but, to your surprise, a piece is missing from the other end.

Eventually, all you have left is a picture of the enchilada signed by numerous celebrities, along with a promise from the Federal government to "bring back the whole enchilada". But, the enchilada is long gone, and they have no intention of helping you recoup their losses.

You see, there is the left hand of the Illuminati (Liberals/Democrats), and a right hand (Republicans/Neo-cons). In a "Punch and Judy" show, the hand puppets appear to beat the heck out of each other. While you keep an eye on one hand, the other one is stealing your money, home, job and religious values.

The culmination of "Left Path" ideology is Communism. The culmination of "Right Path" philosophy is Fascism. In reality, they both enslave the general population and transfer wealth from the many to the few.

Good afternoon.

Well, as many of you may have heard by now, I have announced my decision to step down as Secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals. This was a tough decision for me to make, but the right one for me and my family.

When I got to Baton Rouge in January, 2008, I was welcomed to Louisiana with open arms and treated as though I was family. A day hasn’t gone by when I have not met someone new who made me laugh, or be in awe at their story. Louisiana is a treasure and a state I’m proud to call my adopted home.

We have been through a Mississippi river flood, an oil spill in the Mississippi, two major hurricanes, a worldwide pandemic, major gas explosions in North Louisiana and a series of financial challenges unparalleled in state history. And that’s just in the last two years. Now, we have an oil spill we have been on the front lines of fighting. And in each case, DHH has responded with a professional urgency I am proud of. People are safer because DHH was effective.

We have pushed for many reforms. The legislature passed most of them. I know everyone at DHH doesn’t agree with positions I have taken, and in fact, some may have passionately disagreed. I will tell you that criticism is an essential part of governing, and I’m grateful to those of you who have given me constructive advice and criticism with the goal of helping us make better decisions. The reforms we pushed for, I believe, are essential to the future of Louisiana, particularly given what will be ongoing financial challenges that will last for several years. We must be smaller, more agile, and continue finding ways to deliver services cost effectively.

I’m proud of the progress we have made related to our children. We have continued to lead the nation in insuring children, and we have moved from 48th in the nation in child immunization to #2 in the nation. This has impacted our overall health ranking. It’s something everyone at DHH should be proud of.

I want to thank all of you for the commitment you make to our mission every day. I know you believe in it, and it’s a blessing to be able to serve. I am someone who believes in prayer, and I promise you I will pray for your success because so many people depend on it.

Your new Secretary, Bruce Greenstein, is the right guy for the job. He will be moving here from Washington State, where he currently serves as the Worldwide director of health care for Microsoft. He has worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and for the GAO. So, he has a great track record of public and private service. He’s got integrity, and I’m so glad he was willing to serve.

I will be here until August 1. At that time, Tony Keck will be the acting secretary until Bruce arrives September 13.

For those of you who are die hard LSU fans, today, I’m wearing my LSU tie as a tribute to those of you who have had some fun with me over the last couple of years. But rest assured, on October 9, 2010, in Gainesville, I will be wearing Orange and Blue! But know that that game will always be special to me, as it will remind me of the great people I have met, and friends I have made in the great state of Louisiana.

cajun catfish house

back in the early '90's cajun catfish house caught fire one day and burned to the ground. this was really a shame because it suddenly threw a lot of people out of work. many of the workers had been there for years. to top it all off it took many years before it was built back.

during the time that cajun catfish was down we would go to paradise catfish kitchen which has excellent catfish too. their slaw bar is pretty awesome as well.
