tax feeder slaps his mother around

associated press reports that bossier city police sergeant james cole was arrested saturday 03 july 2010 after police responded to reports of a disturbance at cole's mother's house in south bossier city, louisiana.

police say that after an argument with his mother cole "allegedly struck her several times with his hands, damaged items inside the house including a window and at one point prevented her from leaving her own home."

cole was booked on one count of simple battery under the family violence act, one count of simple criminal property damage and one count of false imprisonment. ~ read more and here.
