we received this clip this morning via an email forward captioned:

Wow, cell phones are sure versatile aren't they? Scary!

we have no clue if what you see is real. although, it should be easy enough for those so interested to reproduce the results. however, most of the experimenters appear to be outside the usa and we dont know what, if any, difference in cell phone power that might make.
