what the heck is the matter with the rapides parish police jury, sheriff william earl hilton, the assessor ralph gill, judge john c. davidson and third circuit court of appeal justices glenn b. gremillion, oswald a. decuir and jimmie c. peters? everyone knows that international paper company is considering closing their pineville mill yet our so called elected representatives are bound and determined to soak this company for all the tax money that they can get. when are people ever going to learn? what happens now if this egregious ruling is the straw that broke the camels back in international papers decision to close this very important central louisiana employer? way to go guys.
