hmm should we or shouldnt we. the last time me made what we thought was going to be a passing blog entry we wound up being innundated with googlers. so we will try and link this out but we arent making any promises that we will update it like we have done with the richard lee mcnair story.
anyway, yesterday kalb broke the story which in turn was broken to the blogosphere first from cenlamar blog that one of the "terrorists" narseal batiste has a central louisiana connection. he lived in marksville, louisiana from 2001 - 2005. yesterday evening the town talk published their own story about batiste's marksville connection (its the one that chad at dp is linked to right now that this screen grab is from) and in it the tt mentions that batiste's nicknames are: "Brother Naz" and "Prince Manna." lol. this morning the baton rouge paper published an interview with his father rev. narcisse batiste, who lives in bunkie, louisiana a city not far from and in the same parish as marksville. that parish is avoyelles parish, louisiana.
==== town talk snip:
the defendants were identified as Narseal Batiste, Lyglenson Lemorin, Stanley Grant Phanor, Patrick Abraham, or “Brother Pat”; Naudimar Herrera, or “Brother Naudy”; Rotschild Augustine, or “Brother Rot”; and Burson Augustin, or “Brother B.”
====
it looks to us like much ado about nothing and the government has found something to hype and that the purpose of all this attention to what even drudge called "wannabees" is to make people think that hey even black people can be terrorists. another bush crime family orchestrated event designed to further drive people further apart by using fear and prejudice instead of good common sense.
