j ogden middleton disciplinary hearing continued

Sam Eakin has asked me to send you notification that the disciplinary hearing regarding J. Ogden Middleton which was scheduled for June 6, 2007 has been continued. A new date has not been set as of yet, but it is anticipated to be sometime in October/November 2007.
