well well well looks like someone (besides us) in cenla has finally read the art of the deal. in that book donald trump tells how he financied the mixed use development trump tower by preselling the apartments and retail space. so, welcome to 1987 alexandria!


garry brown, the central louisiana business league, martin johnson and others plan to build condos above: "Sentry Drugs, New York Hi-Style, the Weil Co. and Internet Café."

one of their spokesman on kalb's 6pm broadcast said that they already have around 20 people willing to put down deposits. awesome.
