newspaper columnist jim beam wrote (see link) in his recent column "A state legislator has taken issue with a statement in this space Thursday that he is a consultant, along with his brother, for state reservoirs. [...] he said for me to say he and his brother are reservoir consultants implies there is a conflict of interest on his part that doesn’t exist. “I am not a consultant and am not in business with my brother, who is a consultant.” the state legislator is francis c. thompson. rep. thompson is right. hes not a consultant hes a conspirator.
