1st circuit gives ethics board a do over in re: rapides parish school board member herbert dixon

looks like the first circuit is saying (see link nine page .pdf) that mr. dixon didnt get due process... so, the first circuit is sending it back to be done over so to speak. according to this post over on central la politics blog the heh heh heh ethics board will meet in executive session to review this opinion.
